René Bouvier Bourgogne Le Chapitre Suivant es un vino tinto elaborado a partir de la variedad Pinot Noir en la AOC Bourgogne. Though Le Chapitre may forever remain classified only as a Bourgogne, this does not reflect its rightful position in Burgundy’s hierarchy. It is a remnant from the Dijon winegrowing area that covered 1,200 hectares in the 19th century before being decimated by phylloxera and urbanization.
